How’s Jennifer different?
Unique Background In Sales, Marketing, Management, Academia AND Counseling!
My background’s really different from most professional speakers. I’ve been a manager, marketer and salesperson (& still am as a boutique business owner). I’ve taught at the college level for 18 years (both Business & Health Sciences). I’ve been a psychotherapist (and believe all of us should give counseling a shot)! This unique blend of experience has helped me understand mindset.
In addition to being a keynote speaker on navigating complex relationships, I’m also the founder of the healthcare consulting firm Jenerations Health Education, Inc and the author of Cruising Through Caregiving: Reducing The Stress of Caring For Your Loved One.
Media Credibility!
I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to contribute to numerous media outlets about better understanding and connecting with others in both our professional and personal lives. It’s been an honor to be quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, Forbes, The Huffington Post, Redbook and U.S. News & World Report. During appearances on HLN, ABC, CBS, Sirius XM, and Iheartmedia, I’ve had the chance to weigh in on issues like dealing with workplace conflict, “difficult” personalities, preventing burnout, and balancing work and family.
Certified Speaking Professional!
As a member of National Speakers Association, I have been rigorously evaluated by my speaking peers and am proud to have earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. It’s a certification that less than 800 professional speakers worldwide hold.
Great Stories!
While most of my experience has been in healthcare, the stories I share resonate with audiences who want to more confidently and successfully navigate the complex relationships we all experience in business and life.
Thought-Provoking, High-Content Topics!
Take a look at my sample topic sheets ideas so we can start the conversation about how I can help your audience best. - Your audience to think differently about to how to approach “problem” employees, customers and clients
- Simple, immediately implementable ideas on increasing retention and recruitment
- Less conflict & more collaboration in an intergenerational workplace

*Please note this is not Jennifer’s intro. She will provide a customized intro for your event

Jennifer helped our members better understand characteristics of different generations and how that impacts communication. This program helped us identify areas where our firms could improve/enhance service to clients and family caregivers of different generations.
-Julia Keck Price, JD., Conference Coordinator, Life Care Law Firms Planning Association
Jennifer led a workshop for a room full of stressed-out caregivers working full-time jobs. She clearly understood the challenges they faced and offered concrete suggestions to reduce their stress. I wish all caregivers had the opportunity to be recognized and helped the way our audience was.
-Barbara Fowler, Phd., Lifespan Services Manager, Johns Hopkins University Office Of Work, Life & Engagement
Working with Jen was an end-to-end pleasure. Her flexibility, professionalism, communication, and attention to process was exceptional. Jen brought a very high-level of expertise to the panel discussion that she was a part of, and the feedback from the session was among the highest overall on the conference agenda.
Jen’s knowledge and expertise adds high-value to the healthcare executives that gathered at the forum, and I look forward to future opportunities to collaborate!
–Graham Keavney, President, Healthcare Executive Forums
